Since our firm was established, we have acted on the government’s behalf in relation to citizens, but also as a party in private enterprises and in public and private transactions and partnerships. That’s how we gained extensive knowledge and experience with regard to the government and its functioning on all the islands in the Dutch Caribbean and we have a wide range of expertise, including in administrative and governmental issues and procedures, civil servants’ cases, public tenders, issues relating to spatial planning, zoning, government-owned enterprises and their corporate governance, the nuisance ordinance and environmental issues, concession and license applications, in the broadest sense, and evictions.
