Remco van Arkel (1967) graduated in 1994 from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the corporate legal direction. After first having worked as a lawyer at Komdeur & van Giffen Attorneys in Curacao, he became partner of Komdeur cs Lawyers in 1998, later Van Arkel & van der Gulik Lawyers. Since July 2008 he conducted an independent law practice under the name Van Arkel Lawyers. In June 2009 he joined our firm as a partner.

Remco van Arkel specializes in corporate and insolvency law. He has worked or is still working as curator of several major settled bankruptcies and has sufficient experience in the legal process and practice.
